Oak & Ash has a flat shipping fee of £3.99 for all orders to England, Scotland and Wales using 2-4 business day carbon neutral shipping. Orders to Northern Ireland have a fee of £8 using 2-4 business day carbon neutral shipping. Free shipping is available for orders over £60.

Environmental Shipping:

Oak & Ash funds carbon-neutral shipping on all orders. Every delivery’s carbon footprint is calculated based on weight, shipping method, and distance traveled. We neutralize these emissions by purchasing verified carbon removal credits from groundbreaking projects. When you add a contribution to your order, 100% of that money is used to pay for additional carbon removal. Whilst Oak & Ash funds the carbon-neutral credits, you can choose to add a 50p donation to your order to enhance the environmental benefits of our delivery.

Dispatch packaging:

We aim to use eco-friendly packaging with cardboard and paper interior and minimal plastic at all times.

Dispatch timelines:

We dispatch Monday to Friday and aim to do so within 1-2 working days for all orders. During seasonal peaks - usually October to December - dispatch times may take up to 4 working days but we will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

Delivery Courier:

Delivery courier is determined by weight of the order, with packages up to 3kg generally sent via Yodel and APC for those above 3kg. Couriers to Northern Ireland may differ depending on the weight of the order.

Delivery Tracking:

We provide tracking details for all orders once dispatched. You will receive an email with the tracking details containing a link to the courier website. Please note that tracking links won't become live until the courier has scanned the parcel on collection, which may take several hours.
